Group trips

Group travel usually fails at logistics, not desire. Everyone wants to go; nobody wants to chase payments, rooming lists and who is allergic to what. That is the part we take on.

Everyone together, none of the group-chat chaos.

Reunions, milestone trips and friend groups of around forty, planned as one journey.

What group planning involves

Reunions, milestone trips and friend groups of around forty, planned as one journey.

  1. 01

    Headcount and dates first

Every group trip starts with who is realistically coming and when, not an aspirational guest list.

  2. 02

    Rooming and payment plans

Payment schedules and rooming lists are part of the plan from day one, not an afterthought two weeks before departure.

  3. 03

    One point of contact

The same person who planned the trip is the one who answers when something comes up. No rotating support queue.

  4. 04

    Ships that do the math

One departure, one price per cabin type and entertainment built in: a cruise can solve a group's logistics better than thirty hotel rooms.

Who this is for

Reunions, milestone birthdays, retirement trips, multi-generational family travel, and friend groups who finally picked a date.

Your group does not have to be exactly forty. That is simply where our experience runs deepest, and smaller and larger groups are planned the same way.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

There is no strict minimum or maximum. Groups of around forty are our most common size, and smaller and larger groups are planned with the same care.

Rooming lists and preferences are built into the plan from the start, so variations within a group are normal, not exceptions.

For a Hawaii group, three to six months out is a common window. It gives headcount, rooming and payment schedules time to settle before final booking. We will give you a timeline for your destination and season.

Yes. Combination itineraries are part of the same planning process, not a separate product.
