Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you, where it came from, how we use it and who we share it with.
• Get a copy of your personal information.
• Correct personal information that is inaccurate.
• Delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law or to complete a booking you asked for.
• Stop marketing emails, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising their rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we use sensitive information, such as passport details, only to book your travel.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.

How to make a request

Email us at privacy@rejuvenationjourneys.com with the subject line "Privacy request", and tell us which right you want to use. We will confirm we have received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take up to 45 more days.

To protect your information, we will verify your identity by matching details you give us against the information we hold. You can also ask someone to act for you as your authorized agent; we will ask for proof that they have your permission.

Bookings made through Fora

Booking and payment information processed by Fora Travel, Inc. is covered by Fora's Traveler Privacy Policy. To make a request about that information, you can also contact Fora directly at privacy@foratravel.com.
