California travel law

California's Seller of Travel law (Business and Professions Code sections 17550 to 17550.30) protects travelers who buy travel from businesses that sell to people in California. This page sets out the disclosures that apply when you plan and book with Rejuvenation Journeys.

Who you are buying from

Rejuvenation Journeys is an independent affiliate of Fora Travel, Inc., a Virtuoso agency, and acts on behalf of Fora Travel, Inc., a registered seller of travel:

Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

How you pay

You pay for travel directly to the airline, cruise line or other supplier, or to Fora Travel, Inc. Rejuvenation Journeys does not receive payment from you for air or sea transportation or other travel services.

What we tell you before you pay

Before or when you pay, you will receive in writing: the name, address and telephone number of the seller of travel; the total price, the amount paid, any future payment dates and what each payment is for; the supplier's name and the date, time and place of departure; and all terms and conditions, including cancellation terms.

Refunds when travel is canceled

Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where the passenger is not at fault and has not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed to and agreed to by the passenger, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not provided will be promptly paid to the passenger, unless the passenger otherwise advises the seller of travel in writing, after cancellation.
