Booking conditions
These booking conditions explain how planning and booking work when you travel with Rejuvenation Journeys. Please read them before you confirm any travel. By asking us to book travel for you, you agree to these conditions.

Who we are
Rejuvenation Journeys is an independent affiliate of Fora Travel, Inc. ("Fora"), a Virtuoso agency, and operates its own separate travel business. We plan and book travel on behalf of Fora, a registered seller of travel:
- Fora Travel, Inc., 225 Broadway, 23rd Floor, New York, NY 10007
- Telephone: (844) 409-3672
- California Seller of Travel Registration No. 2151995-50
Fora is a technology provider and host agency. Neither Fora nor Rejuvenation Journeys owns or operates the hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators or other companies that provide your travel (the "suppliers").
Our services
We listen to how you want your trip to feel, research options, present curated recommendations with prices, and, once you choose, make and manage your reservations with the suppliers. We remain your point of contact before, during and after your trip.
Planning fees
If a planning fee applies to your trip, we will tell you the amount, what it covers and when it is due, in writing, before you pay it.
Suppliers and their terms
Each supplier's own terms and conditions govern your reservation with that supplier, including deposits, final payment dates, changes, cancellation penalties and refunds. We will share the supplier's key terms with you before you pay, and you agree to them when you confirm a booking. Suppliers may change schedules, itineraries, accommodations or prices; we will tell you promptly about any change we learn of and help you with your options.
Payment
You pay for travel services directly to the supplier or, where we direct you, to Fora, which processes the payment on the supplier's behalf. Rejuvenation Journeys does not accept payment for travel services. Before you pay, we will confirm in writing the total price, the amount due now, any future payment dates and what each payment is for.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules come from the supplier and are disclosed to you before you pay. Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where you are not at fault and have not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed to and agreed to by you, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not provided will be promptly paid to you, unless you otherwise advise the seller of travel in writing, after cancellation.
Your responsibilities
- Check that every traveler's name matches their passport or government ID exactly, and review each confirmation as soon as you receive it.
- Hold a valid passport (many countries require at least six months of validity), and any visas, health documents or entry permits your destination requires.
- Review the U.S. Department of State travel advisories for your destination at travel.state.gov.
- Tell us about any accessibility, medical or dietary needs you would like suppliers to accommodate. We will pass them on, but we cannot guarantee a supplier will meet them.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering every traveler, bought soon after your first payment, to protect against cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies and lost belongings. If you decline travel insurance, you accept the financial risk of those events.
Circumstances beyond our control
Neither we, Fora nor the suppliers are responsible for failing to perform because of events beyond reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government action, strikes, civil unrest or supplier insolvency. In those events we will do our best to help you with alternatives and any refunds or credits the suppliers offer.
Limitation of liability
We act only as an agent for the suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or defaults of any supplier or its employees, including personal injury, property damage, delay or loss. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim relating to our services is limited to the planning fees you paid us, if any. Nothing in these conditions limits any right you have under law that cannot be waived.
Complaints
If something is not right, tell us straight away, while you are traveling if you can, so we can work with the supplier to put it right. You can reach us through our contact page.
